Program Description:
The multi-disciplinary Minor in Jewish Studies aims to make it possible for students to achieve substantial knowledge in the modern Hebrew language, the social, geographic, philosophical, and religious history of the Jewish people, and institutional developments. Such a minor makes it possible for students to understand the experiences, struggles, and achievements of the Jewish people in the context of world history, with particular attention to the relationships of the Jewish to non-Jewish peoples.
